This free stroke support group offers support, socialization and education for stroke survivors and their caregivers. Meetings take place the last Monday of every month from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital located at 1900 S. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, LA 70403.
The support Group is co-sponsored by North Oaks Health System and Southeastern Louisiana University.
