Yoga class, 4-5 p.m. in the Yoga RX Room in the Cabrini Mediplex across the street from the hospital on Masonic Drive. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Come make new friends, get flexible and enjoy the health benefits of Yoga! The class is on-going and meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
