Restorative Yoga in the Park happens every 2nd and 4th Wednesday on the Festival Lawn hosted by WiseHeartandSage. Attendees are encouraged to bring their yoga mats and dress comfortably. WiseHeartandSage drives the community to a safe space for mental and physical healing through guided breath work, meditation, and restorative yoga practices. WiseHeartandSage has a community around Women Supporting Women Wednesdays.
