The Teen Mentoring Program is a project of the City of Alexandria Parks and Recreation and Alexandria Police Department. It is open to youth, ages 12 to 19. The hours of the program are Monday through Thursday 2:30 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. There is no charge. Participants have educational support by certified teachers and health and wellness opportunities. The center has an open gym and a game room. Also, there are motivational speakers and cultural arts.
