Breathe, stretch, and relax your way to a healthier life. No prior yoga experience is needed. When coming to class, please keep talking to a minimum, remove your shoes, and leave your cell phone in the car. Come to class on an empty stomach, be early, bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing that does not impede your activity. This course meets continuously during the semester sessions and intersessions. Classes run by semester (20 classes) and are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 9 a.m.
