The five-week program is a combination of the American Cancer Society’s FreshStart program and Baton Rouge General’s FIT initiatives. Group sessions address real life issues surrounding the lifestyle of a smoker, such as weight control, stress management, fighting the urge to smoke and staying smoke-free.
