Martin Luther King Health Center and Pharmacy offers yoga classes to give participants an opportunity for physical fitness and stress management. Yoga classes are currently 20-30 minutes group sessions. They are beginner level and mostly feature seated poses so that participants do not need to change into special clothing to participate. The classes also feature stress reduction techniques.
