The Caddo Parish Sheriff ’s Operation Safeguard (S.O.S.) is a program designed to help identify and reunite lost, memory- impaired persons with their families. Family members of memory-impaired persons can register their loved one with the Sheriff’s Office and receive a free identification bracelet to help bring them safely home.
