Yoga classes are offered every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and will be structured into two 30-minute sessions with a brief intermission. There will be a beginners session and a more advanced session. Modifications will be offered throughout to make the classes accessible to everyone in attendance. Students should bring their own yoga mat and water to stay hydrated.
These classes are included in membership fees for any CrossFit Eunice Gym members, but will be $5 for walk-in non-members.
