Females in Action (FiA) offers free exercise classes to women of all ages and all fitness levels each Saturday morning, 7:00 am, at the Covington Trailhead. Each day, across 16 states, more than 5,000 women come together for FiA workouts, sharing fitness, friendship, and so much more! FiA is a community of like-minded women who gather for workouts and stay for the bonds of friendship. We are focused on encouraging one another to push beyond our comfort zones. FiA workouts are FREE, peer-led, held outdoors, and open to women of all ages and fitness levels.
