The Lafourche Council on Aging offers healthy meals to aging adults who are eligible for services. Congregate meals are offered in a group setting along with supporting services such as nutrition education. All meals served are nutritious and meet recommended dietary guidelines. Home delivered meals are also offered to those who are temporarily or chronically home bound. Clients must be 60 years of age or older to be eligible for meals. A donation of $2.50 per meal is encouraged.
