The Livonia Community Health Center has a nurse practitioner on staff to provide health screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, vision, hearing. They also offer school health physicals, sports physicals and routine immunizations for adults and children. Interested participants must be screened by the health center before they are able to receive services. Services may be covered by insurance plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and on a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
