West Baton Rouge Primary Care has a certified nutritionist on staff to help individuals with diabetes, obesity or other health issues to develop a nutritional plan and help manage their health conditions. Private insurance is accepted. Those without insurance or income will be charged on a sliding scale. Proof of income is required (last 3 pay stubs) or a notarized letter showing proof of no income. An appointment is required.
