Abbeville General Hospital offers Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for nutrition-related health problems. This service is provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is available by appointment only. MNT provides an opportunity to develop an individualized nutrition care plan that considers wellness goals, daily routine and food preferences. MNT is an essential component of comprehensive health care, and the program provides services for a variety of diseases and conditions, including:

- Disease Prevention and General Wellness
- Immunocompromise: Food Allergy, HIV/AIDS
- Nutritional Support: Oral, Enteral, Parental
