Join us for a fun and effective workout that combines strengthening and stretching exercises at the Northlake Nature Center. Using the pavilion hand rails as a ballet barre, this class offers motivating music and an inspiring atmosphere! Pure Barre is an intense, athletic workout renowned for burning fat, lengthening muscles, and toning thighs, arms, abs and seats in as few as 10 sessions. Pure Barre also incorporates low impact exercises that can be done by people of all ages, experience and fitness levels! Classes are offered every Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Space is limited. Reservations Required. Free for members of Northlake Nature. Cost for non-members is $5.00.
