The Healthy Brain Aging Initiative at University Medical Center aims to reduce the lifetime risk for Alzheimer’s disease (currently 1 in 5 women, 1 in 10 men), and to promote cognitive SuperAging into the 90’s. Their team of neurologists work with individuals to create a personalized plan to minimize these risks, which may include dietary adjustments, cognitive therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
