Volunteers of America offers comprehensive mental health support services to residents in the Lake Charles area. This program provides psycho social skills groups and case management for adults who are experiencing mild to moderate deterioration in daily living skills and social functioning due to a mental illness. The program also provides individual services in the community. In addition, case management community based services are also available for children and youth, ages 6-21 who currently have Medicaid and are receiving behavioral health services.
