The West Ouachita Senior Center, Inc. (WOSC), a non-profit United Way Agency, was established in 1980 and successfully administers community supportive services for seniors (60+), which enhance dignity and support independence.
Health and Wellness activities are designed to provide preventive health screenings for seniors which improve overall health, mental, and social well-being, therefore reducing the need for public health and medical services. Those activities include physical fitness classes such as chair exercises, dance classes, Zumba classes, yoga, and Oxycise classes.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 – 6:00 Monday through Friday. Visit the WOSC website to see class times.
