The Glenwood Women of Wellness (WOW) Yoga class is a Yoga fitness class that is held on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The total cost for a 6 visit Punch Card is $30. Class size is limited and each participant is responsible for bringing a yoga mat, yoga strap and bottle of water. Use the flexibility of the punch card to attend 6 classes of your choice.
