The WellSpot designation process begins with an online assessment. Our assessments help compare what you are currently doing in your
organization with our benchmark standards. Once you've completed the
assessment, you will be given a preliminary
designation level based on your initial assessment answers and an action plan to
assist you in achieving additional benchmarks to reach your desired designation
level.
Once
you've completed your action plan, you'll be able to modify your assessment
answers to reflect the changes you've made,
submit your assessment for official designation, and upload all
necessary benchmark documentation. At that point the Well-Ahead team will
review your application and notify you of your designation level. Once
designated, we will assist you in celebrating your success
and will arm you with resources to continue to make healthy decisions for
yourself and your organization.
